Deepali completed her LL.M. from the Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at Amity University, Noida. She has also cleared CA Intermediate. Her areas of expertise include civil and commercial disputes focusing on general assistance with commercial and contracting endeavours, including the preparation and negotiation of preliminary contracts (NDAs, teaming agreements, sub-contracts, and the like).and to develop acceptable contract structure and template selections, and to fit the templates with pursuit goals and client expectations. As a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant, she has a thorough understanding of corporate law, law of taxation and the execution of statutory audits and compliances. She is a passionate individual with excellent leadership characteristics, as well as a highly motivated legal professional with an analytical bent of mind.
